standard modernus

that is the make of our new porcelain toilet. it was free, and it is lovely.




as lovely as a toilet can be. it is a 1940s two piece toilet. <3 freecycle.

    I'm remodeling my bathroom (Rochester NY) and i have an A.S. Modernus today. I think its kinda cool looking, but will likely opt to replace with something updated. I am nervous that the rough-in distance wont be the standard 12". Do you happen to know offhand if it is?

    Keep the Standard Moderus toilet. The new toilets are junk. The old one that was in the house is better than the 2 or 3 new ones we replaced.
