proper bee attire required

i have been stung on my eye and in a few other places.
the worst thing is, i am scheduled to help with one of our favorite neighbors re-roof their house today. i have been looking forward to helping for months. i just cannot see with focused depth perception and getting on a roof without depth perception is a really bad idea.

bee suit takes higher priority.

    I've seen that look before! Man, you've opened up a can of worms posting that picture! My head is spinning with comments for that one! Should I share "morning after extended happy hour" stories? Poison oak stories? Did you really think you could post this picture without getting a comment from me?

    Actually, you're a brave man. I applaud you for "goin' for it" sans proper protection. Proud of 'ya! That's the Karl I know! I'd have done the same thing, except, you know, I wouldn't have gotten stung. Ice and stay off the roof today.

    greg made similar comments to matt's first set. i believe 'barroom brawl' was the term he used.

    the alexander veil from kelley bees is $13 and doesn't require a hat. i think that would do you good!

    See, and for a while there I was feeling sooo overkill getting the bee suit. Glad to be vindicated by the bees.

    Got the hives set up today—bees will hopefully be ready next weekend.
