Mike was mowing leaves and his mower caught on fire. he was too far from the house to reach it with a hose so they just watched it burn.
me and Toly. he really likes to be in a sling. any other method of holding him is decidedly inferior

I just have to say that I love your blog! I really enjoy reading about your way of life and to see you and your dear wife slinging your babies and loving your children so much. Its refreshing, to say the least.
I've been reading your blog frequently and just wanted to say "hi". Oh, and congrats on your beautiful new baby.
Your tree looks great! I think I'm going to miss having a tree this year, but with the new baby coming any time around Christmas, I know I won't be in the mood to clean all of it up. I'll know where to come and look if I start missin' a tree.
Did the tree come from your property? It seems to be a perfect fit.
happy and blue 2, picasa does work fairly well. the interface is a little clunky for text editing. i planned to save as draft and then edit online but the save as draft doesn't work either. so those on rss feed might get a photo only version of my post because i plan to post photos first then edit my post on line in the future.

danielle, certainly there is someone that you could solicit to set up a tree then take it down during an extended baby visit? if we lived closer i am sure we'd offer to help on that level. the entire three could also be disposable. cheap paper ornaments, popcorn, cranberries, $2 worth of lights. it would make for a nice time for max.
rhea, no if that beautiful of a tree lived on our property i don't think i could bring myself to cut it down.
